Get a permit before work begins!
It is the responsibility of homeowners and landowners to apply for and receive building permits from the Zoning Department before construction begins.
Construction includes the addition of solar panels to a property.
Check with Village Hall before allowing any work to be started on your property. A Zoning permit ensures that construction and installation agrees with requirements, protecting property owners from non-compliant installation that could result in further expense.
How to get a permit: Contact Village Hall or Zoning Officer John Holt.
