Building Permits & Inspections
Building permits are required for new construction, additions to existing structures, decks, new garages and fencing.
Fencing is a "no cost" permit.
There is a $10/linear (vertical) foot charge for commercial building permits.
Remember to "Call Julie" (Dial 811) before digging 4" or deeper!
