1000+ gallons              $ 6.50 per every 1000 gallons used over base

OUT OF TOWN RESIDENTIAL

Maintenance Fee                                        $15

1000+ gallons              $13 per every 1000 gallons over base

COMMERCIAL                                                                        
(Average usage under 4000 gallons/month)

Base Rate                                                                            $20

1000+ gallons over base                          $ 7.50 per each 1000 gallons over base

INDUSTRIAL

Billing Cycle
• Meters are read on the 15th of each month
• Bills are printed on the 5th of each month
• Bills are mailed on the 6th of each month
• Bills are due on the 30th of each month
• Late fees assessed on the 1st of each month
• Disconnect notices sent out on the 5th of each month
• Please note that our water readings are always a month behind. e.g. Meter read on 5/15 will be for water used from 4/15-5/15 and due on 06/30.

Policies
• An application and $50 deposit must be paid at Village Hall before water will be turned on.
• Any vacant properties will be charged the minimum of $35 if water is still turned on
• Water will be shut off if not paid by date listed on disconnect notice.  Bill will have to be paid in full to be reconnected. Payments received after 1 pm will be turned on the following business day.
• There is a $100 reconnect fee.
• Late fees of 10% are charged on the first of the month if bill not paid

How to Pay

Deposits can be made using cash, check or credit/debit card.
- If using cash/check you may drop your deposit and paperwork in the night deposit box at the back of Village Hall.
- If paying deposit by debit/credit card it must be done in person during business hours.

Billing/ Payments are accepted:

-On-line at our website thevillageofgreenview.com
-In person during business hours in Village Hall
-At the Village Hall drive-up window during business hours
-By automatic withdrawal from checking or savings (see form below)
