New Water Payment System COMING SOON

We’re pleased to offer convenient new ways to pay your utility bills online or by phone!


New Account Number Required

All customers must use a NEW account number to access the payment system.

To convert your current account number:
• Drop the first zero
• Add two zeros to the end
• Remove all dashes

Example:
Old: 01-12345-00
New: 1123450000
➡️ Changes from 9 digits to 10 digits, with no dashes


Pay Online
You will be able to visit www.thevillageofgreenview.com and click on “Pay My Bill”
This will take you to the Illinois E-Pay system where you can:
• Make a one-time payment (debit/credit card or e-check)
• Or create an account to:

• Choose a username & password
• Save payment information
• Receive bill-ready notifications
• Log in each month to authorize payment
Pay by Phone
Call 888-490-1093 to make a payment using debit/credit card or e-check.
➡️ You will need your new account number to use this system.
Automatic Payments (ACH) – If you are currently signed up for ACH (auto withdrawal from a checking account) you do not need to do anything.
To avoid logging in each month, sign up for automatic payments (ACH).
ACH forms are available online.
View Your Bill Online

You will be able to visit www.thevillageofgreenview.com to:
• View balances
• Track water usage
• Print your bill

Please note:
• You must have an email address on file with the Village
• You must use your new account number
• Online viewing/printing will be available starting with the new bills issued in early May
