We’re excited to announce that our new water billing systemis scheduled to go live on April 23, 2026.
As part of this update, customers will need to verify or update their email address in order to view their bill online.
To update your contact information, please email the following details:

- Service Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address

water customers enrolled in ACH payments that your payments were successfully processed on April 6, 2026.
If you recently received a bill indicating a balance due, please note this is because ACH payments were posted after the bills were printed.
✅ No action is needed if you are enrolled in ACH.
✅ Any late fees applied in error will be removed.
