What We Accomplished in the Past Two Weeks

·  Received survey data for 3 additional streets and house sill elevations.

·  Received draft geotechnical report and provided comments.

·  Followed up with the IEPA regarding the approval of the Greenview treatment process.

·  Followed up with the IEPA regarding the review of the antidegradation process.

·  Conducted internal review of 30% collection system documents (plans, front end specifications, cost estimate).

·  Submitted 30% collection system documents to the USDA state engineer.

·  Continued to receive septic system survey responses.

 

What We Will Accomplish in the Next Two Weeks

·  Receive updated geotechnical report.

·  Receive comments on the 30% collection system documents from USDA.

·  Receive approval from IEPA on the treatment process.

·  Respond to USDA comments on the WWTF pre-procurement.

  • Incorporate internal review comments.

  • Update cost estimates.

  • Addressed USDA state engineer’s comments on the WWTF pre-procurement.

  • Spent two days at Town Hall meeting with citizens and addressing questions regarding the survey.

  • Corresponded with USDA regarding the status of their review.

  • Corresponded with IEPA regarding the status of their review.

What We Accomplished in the Past Two Weeks

  • Directed the surveyor to provide data for 3 additional streets.

  • Followed up with the IEPA regarding the approval of the Greenview treatment process.

  • Followed up with the IEPA regarding the review of the antidegradation process.

  • Received initial WWTF preprocurement comments from the USDA state engineer.

  • Responded to the state engineer’s initial comments.

  • Received additional WWTF preprocurement comments from the USDA state engineer.

  • Developed over 30 sheets of sewer plans.

  • Completed the mechanical design of the pump station.

  • Issued letter requesting septic system surveys.

  • Planned “office hours” in the Village to address homeowner questions regarding the survey.
